How we handle your data

De Horeca Brigade is the controller for the data collected through this website. Questions about your privacy? Email contact@dehorecabrigade.nl.

We only process the data you provide yourself or that is needed to run the website:

• Contact and quote details you enter in the form (such as name, email address, phone number, your venue and your question)
• Data you share when you book a call through our scheduler
• Technical data needed to serve the site securely (such as your IP address when loading pages)

• To handle your request or quote and get in touch with you
• To deliver our services and honour the agreement with you
• To secure and improve the website

The legal basis is your consent, the performance of an agreement with you, or our legitimate interest in keeping our services running. We never use your data for unrelated purposes.

We do not sell your data. We only use processors that are needed to run the website and our scheduling, and with whom we have data-processing agreements:

• Vercel — hosting of the website and storage of form submissions
• Cal.com — scheduling of intro calls
• Google Analytics — anonymous website statistics, only if you consent to it

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. We keep requests and quotes for as long as needed to handle your question and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement and the statutory retention periods. Statistics data is kept according to the Google Analytics settings.

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data. You can also object to processing, have your data transferred and withdraw any consent you gave at any time. Send your request to contact@dehorecabrigade.nl.

Can't work it out with us? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
