An operating or Alcohol Act permit is rarely refused on the big picture. It fails on the details: a missing document, an unclear ownership structure, a Bibob question that needs substantiation. Because we spent years working on those same files inside the municipality, we know up front what has to be complete and where the assessment gets stuck.
That saves time and risk. An operating permit often takes eight to twelve weeks, and a complete application keeps that as short as possible. If a decision goes against you, the objection term is six weeks and it is hard: react too late and you lose your right to a defence.
